These terms apply when you buy or use the Get Found by AI course, workbook and free checklist. The course is sold by Get Found by AI ("we", "us"). By buying or using the course, you agree to these terms.

What you get

When you buy, you get ongoing online access to the course videos and the workbook for your own use, including any updates we make to them. "Lifetime access" means for as long as we offer the course. If we ever stop offering it, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice and a way to download the videos and workbook you bought.

How you can use it

• You can use the course and workbook for yourself and for your own business, and print the workbook for your team.
• Please don't share your access, re-upload the videos, resell the materials, or use them to teach a course of your own. They're protected by copyright.
• If you'd like to use the course with several businesses or clients, email us and we'll sort out a licence.

Results and advice

The course is general education, not personal business, legal or financial advice. AI assistants are run by other companies, they change often, and they decide for themselves which businesses to recommend. We can't guarantee any particular ranking, recommendation, traffic or income. Your results depend on your business, your market and the work you put in.

Information in the course was accurate when recorded. Where it describes how a particular AI tool or website works, that may change, and we'll update the course when it matters.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars and are the total price you pay. Payment is handled securely by our checkout provider. Depending on where you live, the checkout may add or include local taxes, and it will show you the final amount before you pay.

Refunds

Our refund policy explains when we refund or fix a problem.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. To the extent the law allows, our liability for anything else connected with the course is limited to supplying the course again or refunding what you paid for it.

Trademarks

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Google, Perplexity, Copilot and other product names are trademarks of their owners. We mention them to explain how they work. The course is independent and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by them.
