This policy explains what personal information Get Found by AI ("we", "us") collects, why, and what we do with it. We keep it to the minimum we need, and we never sell it.

What we collect

Your email address, when you sign up for the free checklist.
Your name, email address and purchase details, when you buy the course. Card details are handled by our checkout provider. We never see or store your full card number.
Anything you choose to tell us when you email us.

This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics or advertising tools in future, we'll update this policy first.

How we use it

To send you the checklist, and a short series of emails about getting found by AI that you agreed to when you signed up.
To give you access to the course you bought, send receipts, and help if something goes wrong.
To reply to your emails.

Emails and unsubscribing

We only email people who've asked to hear from us, and every email includes an unsubscribe link that works straight away. You can also email hello@seo4ai.com.au and ask to be removed.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted services to run the business: an email service to send emails, a course and checkout platform to sell and deliver the course, and Microsoft 365 for our email inbox. They store information on our behalf and may store it outside Australia, including in the United States and Europe. We choose providers with strong security and privacy commitments. We don't share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

This website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers when you visit.

Keeping it safe

We use services with strong security, protect our accounts with two-step sign-in, and only keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires.

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@seo4ai.com.au and we'll respond within 30 days.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first so we can fix it. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
